Guest Services candidates should be customer oriented, outgoing, and a self-starter and be able to work independently with little supervision.
Duties & Responsibilities include assist in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for visitors through ushering presentations(greeting, directing, crowd control), assist visitors with questions about the park, times, and locations, speak with visitors and conduct onsite market research surveys, distribute Mombasa Market Food Surveys to restaurant customers, data input, sundry office duties.
